We’re Gosia and Mike, a Polish couple who created Atomic Wellness Hub. We met at work in the UK. At first, we just lived life, travelled, and didn’t think too deeply about the long game.
Then reality hit. Gosia’s health took a turn, and around the same time Mike gained some weight. It forced us to stop drifting and start paying attention.
We didn’t “transform overnight”, and we’re not here to sell that fantasy. We changed things step by step: we cleaned up our diet, committed to training, quit smoking, and we haven’t touched alcohol for over a year. We’re proof that it’s possible, not through perfection, but through a sensible process and consistency.

Gosia is a Nutrition Scientist with Polish higher-education training in Nutrition Services, Dietetics, and Commodity Science, plus UK qualifications in diet and advanced sports nutrition. Her work is detailed, structured, and focused on health and longevity first.
Mike is a Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in structured gym coaching, physique development, glute-building, and supporting women through the perinatal period. He runs coaching using the PDCA method: plan properly, execute, review, adjust.
Our coaching is built on three principles: honesty, collaboration, and commitment. No fad diets. No random programmes. No social media nonsense. Just clear guidance that fits real life and helps you look better and feel better as a by-product of improving your health.
